Description
1. Ocean freight quotation is based on one cubic meter (CBM). Total charges will be calculated by cargo volume (CBM) or gross weight (TON) which is bigger. Generally minimum is one CBM.
2. Volume calculation method, measure each package's length, width, height in CM or inch, input the columns.
3. Calculation formula :
a). Unit： CM, CBM (cubic meter) = length x height x width ÷1000000 ; Cuft (cubic feet) = length x height x width ÷1000000×35.315
b). Unit : inch, CBM (cubic meter) = length x high x width ÷ 1728 x35.315; Cuft = length x height x width ÷1728
