Board of Director
According to the Articles of Incorporation, the company shall have three to seven Director with three-year terms. Among the directors, the number of independent directors shall not be less than three, and shall not be less than one-fifth of the director seats. In addition, an Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee are established in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Act. The Chairman of the Board of Directors shall externally represent the company and oversee corporate operations. The directors organize the board of directors to be responsible for deciding and executing important matters related to the company's business.
