In accordance with the "Occupational Safety and Health Law" and "Labor Health Protection Rules", professional medical staff will be hired from 2021 to provide regular on-site consulting services to care for and track the health status of colleagues. It also subsidizes employee health examination expenses in order to improve the physical and mental health and vitality of colleagues, thereby enhancing the company's competitiveness.

The "Workplace Sexual Harassment Prevention Measures, Complaints and Punishment Measures" are formulated in accordance with the Gender Equality at Work Act. In order to maintain gender equality and human dignity at work, our company strictly prohibits sexual harassment in the workplace.

Ensure a safe working environment

According to the Occupational Safety and Health Act of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration of the Ministry of Labor, there are "Management Measures for the Prevention of Unlawful Infringements in the Workplace." To protect all employees from suffering physical or mental abuse and mental illness in the course of performing their duties, we hereby declare in writing that we will never tolerate workplace bullying by any of our company's managers, nor will we tolerate it. From time to time, our employees, customers, clients, care recipients and strangers engage in workplace violence against our employees.
